I don't know which theme you're using, but in my theme its just Lucida Grande. I'm using the GlossyBlue theme.
Lucida Grande is actually the default font in MacOSX I believe.
You can find out exactly by checking out the stylesheet... the postbody has class name "postbody" in the css.
