my sis came home w/ some bbq wings and i rinsed the wings under water and got all the sauce off and then threw them in the oven to dry and recrisp after being under the water. Damn alot of work just because she came home with the wrong wings

Shame you don't like BBQ sauce. It's my personal favorite condiment. Haven't used much since I became a vegetarian though.

BBQ sauce is fine in my opinion, as long as the meats not freaking swimming in it - it's so hard to get a proper nice rack of BBQ ribs round here, everyone does them 'American Style', which seems to mean 'Totally coated in sticky BBQ sauce till you can't taste the meat' - luckily theres a Greek chippy in town, and the Greek's understand how to properly cook huge slabs of meat so that the BBQ is imbued within the meat rather than sitting on top of it.

Bootaay knows what's up. BBQ sauce is strong stuff, so use it sparingly.

I used to hate all goopy condiments, but slowly and surely I got accustomed to them by using little bits at a time. If you add just a tiny bit, you get the flavor without it being overpowering. They're supposed to add flavor, not take over the whole dish. Anyway, now I eat everything from BBQ sauce to spicy mustard. Still not a big ketchup fan though...

There's a BBQ place down the street here. If you ask for extra hot BBQ sauce, they won't even put it on your meal, they leave it on the side. Stuff makes my hair sweat. I can feel my belly glowing from the heat hours afterwards. That is good stuff.

BBQ sauce is good as long as you use it sparingly as has been said before me. Buffalo sauce takes the cake though....
