Try www.emuasylum.com theres a one time fee but its a lifetime membership. Trust me, its worth every penny I've been a member for 3 years and downloaded 500+ ISOs from there. And the best part is, no viruses or malware.

They have plenty of DC ISOS (among other things) uploaded by members to sites like megaupload, rapidshare etc.

I think in the second one you need some "good" posts before you can access the links, i am not sure if this rule still applies.

Another good solution is to register at a private tracker like http://www.underground-gamer.com/ Last time i checked they have open sign ups.

I second the underground-gamer suggestion. It's pretty much bullshit to pay for for an iso that doesn't contribute a dime to the creators.
