Obama defaults on Federal Lawsuit Jeopardizes Presidential..

There was a federal lawsuit filed against Obama alledging he was not born in America, he defaulted by not responding in a timely manner after he had been served...below is part of the press release and links to the pdf court documents


Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States, announced today that Obama and tbe DNC “ADMITTED”, by way of failure to timely respond to Requests for Admissions, all of the numerous specific requests in the Federal lawsuit. Obama is “NOT QUALIFIED” to be President and therefore Obama must immediately withdraw his candidacy for President and the DNC shall substitute a qualified candidate. The case is Berg v. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083.

Berg stated that he filed Requests for Admissions on September 15, 2008 with a response by way of answer or objection had to be served within thirty [30] days. No response to the Requests for Admissions was served by way of response or objection. Thus, all of the Admissions directed to Obama and the DNC are deemed “ADMITTED.” Therefore, Obama must immediately withdraw his candidacy for President.

Well that's...huh. I don't know what to think about that. I found a few sites about him, both for and against him. He's a Truther, which does knock him major points in my book. He's also a major Hillary supporter(and likely a PUMA). I'm bothered by Sen. Obama not releasing all the information that folks have been asking about, though I doubt it would lead to anything major if he did. There's other stuff that gets to me more than this though.

Oh well. Folks, make up your own minds. Personally, I don't think anything will come of it. Here's a bunch of URLs with info. I tried finding multiple viewpoints, but I haven't seen too many left-wingers talking about this.

I doubt anything will come out of this or it will just be swept under the rug. I don't see Main Stream Media picking up on this in a serious matter. Even if you think FOX news is completely biased (Opposite bias of MSNBC), it seems to be the only main stream media outlet taking any negative Obama stories and checking them out so its possible they will run with it (for a short period of time).

What was it when Hillary kept claiming Obama wasn't legally qualified to run? What happened to that statement? She never cleared it up if this was referring to this matter did she?

I'm more concerned that he can't pass a simple FBI background check and is allowed to run for the presidency. But I think sooner or later it will happen when we elect someone not constitutionally qualified to be president.

and the guy who filed suit created the site, i can't help what he named it. he has pdf documents of the case files (thats a pretty legit source if you ask me) they were admissable in court. the judge ruled in his favor on the thirty day request that obama didn't respond to.

i guess mccain crimes is a better source than obama crimes....for the record i am against both candidates. i just happened across the article. and wheter you think berg is a wingnut or not... it is a legitimate court case...obama failed to respond...by law this makes it an admission.

even if you support obama you have to be concerned about a non-natural born person being president (not saying it is true, just saying it atleast needs to be looked at)it is unconstitutional and could pave they way to this happening again with even more nefarious characters than obama.

The whole birth certificate thing has been played out and proven by several reputable news agencies to in fact be a non-issue. he was born in Hawaii, the BC has been examined and it's a non issue.

I swear, I can't wait until this election is over so I don't have to see this crap on every single website, every single tv show, and every single place I happen to make the poor judgment to open my eyes.
