I love to search youtube for user made videos for my favorite songs and I love to listen to covers also. I just want to share a few videos and covers that I have found that I thought were amazing. I would hope some of you will do the same. This will be a good chance to discover more bands.
The first video is a song called "Play Crack the Sky" by Brand New set to some scenes from the movie "Titanic", they go so well with each other.

The next video is a cover of the song "You Won't Know" by Brand New. This cover is just amazing.

This next one is a cover of "Padriac My Prince" by Bright Eyes. He sounds better then Conor in this song.

Another cover of Bright Eyes, the song is "A Song to Pass the Time" this kid is really good, wish he would come up with his own songs and make a cd or something.

Brand New and Bright Eyes/Conor Oberst are my favorite Bands/Singers. I been listening to them for 6 or 7ish years and I can always go back to their songs and still enjoy them just like when I first heard them.
I know this has nothing to do with anything on this site but I just want to share a little something to the greatest online community and maybe find some new bands to listen to!

Probably one of my all time favourite songs in the whole world... figured I'd post one of my sad fav songs merely because that seems to be the theme of all your tracks:

Yes, her voice is raspy and weird... but I think it's awesome.
And how about some Dan Deacon while I'm at it... watch this video, and I guarantee you won't believe it was filmed in 2004. Though I must say, you REALLY need to be buggered in the head to enjoy his music. If some one here does, please tell me... PLEASE. I have only meet one other person in the time I've known of him that does like him... and well she needs psychiatric help for more then just listening to him. I probably need psychiatric help for sleeping with her as well...

Personally I love it.
If anyone is astute enough to notice... I enjoy really messed up voices.

I started listening to The Knife a while back ago and they are amazing, I really love the song that you posted of theirs.
Dan Deacon wasn't that bad. At first I was like wtf? then I listen to "Crystal Cat" and then "Big Big Big Big Video" and he wasn't bad at all. His Video are different, they remind me of Tim and Eric.
Joanna Newsom is amazing as well.
