My copy of Crazy Taxi has been acting up of late. In Original Mode after about 5 minuets of play the road, buildings and background all disappear and your car is left driving around in mid air. This doesn’t seem to happen in Normal Mode. Also, the music has started to skip; a song will play, it’ll start skipping like a scratched CD then the music will cut out completely for a minuet or so and then a new song will kick in.
I’ve had a good look at my disk and can’t see any scratches or anything on it. Still, I’ve tried giving the disk a good clean but the problems continue. All my other games work fine; it just seems to be this one that has issues (touch wood). Has anyone seen this kind of thing before? I’m thinking my copy of the game is stuffed and I’ll have to buy another. A shame, I love Crazy Taxi.

Re: Crazy Taxi Going Crazy
I used to have similar problems with a burned copy I had. The backgrounds and floor would disappear, and I'd be driving into walls of invisibility...

I've heard of this happening to a few people. Does the disc have any scratches? Apparently that causes it. I even saw a video on youtube once where someone burned the game, scratched it up, and showed off the invisable roads like it was some special feature XD
