Been playing this all afternoon, it's great. If you have a PSP and love JSR you should check it out 8)

From the review, "The visuals and music both invoke Sega's classic regularly, but never quite reach the same highs"...

I wouldn't say that is a close second but rather a set up for disapointment if you're hoping for another JSR. :?

The music was a huge thing for me in JSR; how does it compare?
 (FC, AVFC, NES, SFC x2, SNES, N64, GC x2, Wii x2)*(G&W x7, GB, GBpocket, GBASP, DS-L x2)
(GEN, SS x3, DC x3)*(PCE-Duo)*(Xbox:500GB)*(NGCDZ, NGPC)*(PS1, PStwo, PS3:160GB, PSP.3K)

Well of course it doesn't quite get there, it's on a handheld and lacks that certain Sega AM6 style ... but its not far off. I really like the music on this game and the GFX are pretty nifty too. It takes about 1/2 an hour to get into due to a pretty drawn out tutorial but once you get into I'd say what it lacks in a bit of style compared to JSR it actually makes up for by being more fun 8)

Easily one of my fave hidden gems for the PSP so far.
