Picked it up a few days back and finally sat down to play it.

Love it.

Did you also play the first Grandia? I couldn't stand this game but I'm wondering if you still can enjoy Grandia 2 nevertheless.

I definitely liked this game, even if it was a bit linear. It would be nice if you could go back to previous areas. Still, worth every penny.

Yeah, I recently picked up Grandia 2, and it's been pretty good so far. The voice acting's not bad, either.

Good game. Been ages since I played it though.

Although I personally prefer part 1.

did you get the dreamcast or the ps2 version? i have it for dreamcast and absolutely love it. fantastic graphics and storyline, and a totally sweet battle system.

It's a good game maybe a bit too easy but on the plus side it's easy to get back into it if you havent played for a while.

I am currently playing Grandia 2 and I am enjoying it a great deal. The combat system is really awesome and I am surprised other RPGs haven't ripped it off. I still need to check out the first installment in the series.
