Is Beggar Prince worth $46?
I read the review here, but does anyone else own it? If so is it worth it?

Re: $46 Genesis Game
I own it, but I have to say I have yet to roll up my sleeves and get stuck in. I should do really as I just pre-ordered their new offering.
Re: $46 Genesis Game
Yeah I think it is I bought a copy its very well done and seems to be a good game (I've barely gotten into it though I'm lazy and drowning in things to do)
Re: $46 Genesis Game
I wanted to pick the new version up since they really improved to box art and the save compatability. wanting to pre order pier solar too. but waiting to see if its actually going to come out this year.
Re: $46 Genesis Game
I actually wanna get my hands on it.
Re: $46 Genesis Game
I bought it when it first came out, but I've never actually played it haha.
You couldn't save the game if you had a 32x or a Sega CD attached and frankly, it's too much of a hassle for me to detach everything just to play the game. I have like 8 consoles connected to my TV and I only have an RF cable for the model 1 Genesis so that's even more of a pain in the ass.
I always wanted to pick up the new version so I could actually play the game, but I didn't have any money at the time. Frankly, I think it's unfair for us people who originally bought the game to buy it again.

agreed. Why would you release a game that doesn't work for over 50% of genesis users becase they use a sega cd, 32x, wondermega/x'eye, or other reason. Don't most retro sega fans try to find all the accessories or rare systems...
