Anyone know how the Segagaga translation is coming along?

I've read the sparse blog posts about its progress, but does anyone know of a rough estimate of how much is completed, or how long it'll be until the game is playable to the community?

The most recent information from the guy is from May 2008, I believe. There were some pauses in the work, but he still seems intent on finishing it.

For $2? Sure. I wish that had a buyitnow option... Those auctions never end cheap. I always set my high price and always it goes over.
I usually buy rare games when they aren't complete because they're cheaper (like everything but minus the spine card). That's how I got DeLa Jet Set Radio cheap~

I saw the special box set in Akihabara about 6 months ago for $120... Wasn't gonna happen.
