Mercyful Fate - Melissa (too controversial?)
Beastie Boys - Maybe a comp of their more "rock" stuff like Gratitude or even their old hardcore stuff. I enjoyed playing Sabotage.

Funny you mention Billion Dollar Babies, OP. I just bought that CD because I liked playing the song on Guitar Hero II.
