I've never been a fan of motion controls, but somehow I got a little excited after reading this tech blog interview from Gamespot. If they can give us something without lag and actual precision aiming, it might be great.

This looks cool, pending it not just being the guy tooting his own horn. Theres a lot of talk about the Wii in the article, but the comments below it seem to point towards it being compatible with anything, due to the fact that theres no need for the Infrared bar. If it is as precise as he says it, theres tons of awesome possibilities, way beyond what the Wii can do.

Yes, it's interesting that they are developing it for the PS3, 360 and PC, but not the Wii. I suppose if it was available for the Wii then developers would have to choose which one to support. The rule must be that 3rd party accessories are okay, as long as they aren't better than the 1st party accessory!
