My VC collection is pretty sparse:

Super Mario Bros.
Super Metroid
Gunstar Heroes
Sonic 2
Paper Mario

Not exactly a "collection", but some pretty solid games nonetheless. I know lots of people complain about storage issues on the Wii, but I doubt that I'll ever get to the point where I'll need an SD card.

IIRC...

VC:
Super Mario 64
Gate of Thunder
Lords of Thunder
Dracula X: Rondo of Blood
Super Castlevania IV
Star Paroder

WW:
Star Soldier R

I think that's it (I've just moved and most of my stuff is still in boxes including the Wii...)

Altered Beast
Wario Woods
Sim City
Castlevania IV
Castlevania (one)
Super Mario Bros. 3
Super Mario Bros. 2 (lost levels)
Sonic (for Master System)

With all my old system still hooked up, I have no real need to download VC games. I got Altered Beast because I don't own a copy of it anymore, and Wario Woods because it looked fun.

I don't know why I downloaded Castlevania IV, that was a waste of money. My SNES is just 2 feet away from my Wii. Sim City, my original cart would some times sporadicly erase the save data, so thats why I got it on VC.

Castlevania 1 and SMB3 I got cause my NES is no longer in the same room as my Wii, and I like to play no-brainers some times while I'm too lazy to get up. SMB2 I got cause I never played the original 8 bit version, also the title screen says "Super Mario Bros. 2" and not "The Lost Levels" (real good reason there).

Sonic for Master system was a must have though, I never had a Master System and always wanted to check out that version. There's a few other Master System games I want to check out, I hope they continue to release them.

There's a few games on VC that I never got the chance to play back in the day, but I'll usually buy a copy off eBay before I download a game from VC.

Mega Man 9... any one? I know I'm gonna download it the first second its available.

Mario Kart 64, Lost Winds, Bomberman 93, and Dr Mario for me. Mario Kart 64 is one of my favorite party games of all time and while it pales in comparison to Saturn, 93 is alot of fun on its own.
