As a fan of the graphic novel, this is one movie I am really am looking forward to, I think the trailer is just awesome, I watched it at least 30 times today. What are your thoughts on the trailer?

Alan Moore movies don't have a terrific track record. I'll say I'm..cautiously optimistic.

True, but I enjoyed V for Vendetta, but I still think that its going to be a good movie.

Great trailer. Is that song new?

V for Vendetta was decent on its own, but you'll not find a single person that'll say it was a faithful adaptation of even the spirit of the graphic novel. We'll see how this new one ends up.

no, it's "the end is the beginning is the end" from the batman and robin soundtrack. it's just a different version. kind of ironic since this trailer debuted with the new batman movie.

Ah, okay, thanks; I thought I heard it many years ago but couldn't remember. I forgot about that song because I try to block Batman and Robin from my memory entirely.

Watchmen isn't like other comic books, hence, the film won't be like other comic book adaptations.

I wonder how it'll go.

I am a huge fan of Watchmen and it is not very cinematic so this is a very ambitious project to undertake. Yet I think it is in the best hands it can possibly be seeing as how 300 was almost like flipping the pages of the novel. I highly doubt that this will be as big of a blunder as Alan Moore's other adaptations and I hope it is something he and I can be proud of.
