As a fan of the graphic novel, this is one movie I am really am looking forward to, I think the trailer is just awesome, I watched it at least 30 times today. What are your thoughts on the trailer?

V for Vendetta was decent on its own, but you'll not find a single person that'll say it was a faithful adaptation of even the spirit of the graphic novel. We'll see how this new one ends up.All Hail The New Flesh wrote:True, but I enjoyed V for Vendetta, but I still think that its going to be a good movie.Funk, E wrote:Alan Moore movies don't have a terrific track record. I'll say I'm..cautiously optimistic.

Ah, okay, thanks; I thought I heard it many years ago but couldn't remember. I forgot about that song because I try to block Batman and Robin from my memory entirely.aaron wrote:no, it's "the end is the beginning is the end" from the batman and robin soundtrack. it's just a different version. kind of ironic since this trailer debuted with the new batman movie.Doctor Fugue wrote:Great trailer. Is that song new?

I am a huge fan of Watchmen and it is not very cinematic so this is a very ambitious project to undertake. Yet I think it is in the best hands it can possibly be seeing as how 300 was almost like flipping the pages of the novel. I highly doubt that this will be as big of a blunder as Alan Moore's other adaptations and I hope it is something he and I can be proud of.
