Can I shrink my screen?

I have a shitty tube with many inputs.

The picture hangs off at least .5 inch everywhere, more on the sides. (When playing games)

There is no option on the menu to adjust. Is there anything I can do on the inside?

It does this on all consoles?

Also, on a lot of TVs you can access a service menu that will let you adjust overscan and underscan.

Yeah, its with all consoles.

It seems to be the most troublesome with Saturn.

I looked through all the menus... is a "service menu" something different or hidden?

Should be different or hidden, yeah. Look up your model of TV on the 'net, see if you can't find a service or repair manual.
