great deals~
I scored Samba de Amigo for $5 CIB mint, a NGPC new-in-box for $7, Metroid for the Disk System for $1, a 3D Saturn controller for $2, and a Pokemon mini game for $1 (I don't have the system but for the hell of it and a buck, why not?~) from the local recycle store.

Actually, the Samba de Amigo was the hole enchilada... The really long box with maracas, super-sized Wii sensor bar, mat, maracas, manual, and game all for $5~ I still can't believe it.Whatupdoc? wrote:snaps! now it looks like all you need is the maracas for 4 bucks and you will have made yourself some serious profit potential

I go to a number of local game shops (even though they're a chain, they all have different prices oddly) and a national chain called Hard Off (yeah I know). They're great as you get anywhere from a month to 3 months for a warranty on used consoles and you can try your luck with their "junk" corner with stuff they don't test or clean before reselling. That stuff is really cheap and usually in good shape.Whatupdoc? wrote:Wow! thats ridiculous that goes for some serious cash on ebay I"m sure you already knew that but where do you shop for stuff?D.D.D. wrote:Actually, the Samba de Amigo was the hole enchilada... Ironically, the Metroid (disk system version) I got had the Metroid cover, a pachinko game disk lable, and a Zelda II lable on top. It could actually be Metroid but as I don't have the disk system, I won't know for a while but hey, it was a buck.
