What SHMUP(s) are you playing right now?

I've just been in the RPG forum, where a similar thread exists. I'd be really interested to hear what people are actually playing at the moment - do you concentrate on one game at a time - or maybe you have a handful of current shooters to choose between?

I spend most time on MARS MATRIX, with Radiant Silvergun a close second.

Ikaruga is an ongoing campaign, also Soukyugurentai, Strikers 1945, Donpatchi, Chaos Field and Under Defeat for variety.

That 4 in 1 DC SHMUP Compilation disc... think it has Under Defeat, Zero Gunner 2, Ikaruga, and Border Down on it. I usually play one of those 4.. they are all great.

Getting a 1cc on Ikaruga is my long-term goal. Not there yet, at all.

Shikigami no Shiro III on the Wii is pretty fun - I play it off and on since it has come out.

I also toy with Radilgy and Karous from time to time. Every other shoot 'em up has taken a back seat to these games.

SHMUPS are my favourite retro genre, I play them all the time through MAME.

Blast Works and Ikaruga.

Blast Works is fun especially if you have friends with it and a Wii online. Trading content is fun and the game is good enough.

I've made collecting shooters my main focus in my retro collecting as of late. So, I've been playing quite a few. Made quite a few purchases lately. Here are the most recent additions to my collection that I've been cycling between:
-Dodonpachi Dai-Ou-Jou (PS2 Import)
-Espgaluda (PS2 Import)
-Raiden Project (PS1)
-Philosoma (PS1)
-Blast Works (Wii)

I also recently aquired these, but have not played them yet:
-Castle Shikigami III (Wii)
-R-Type Final (PS2)
-Darius Gaiden (Saturn)

I love the shooter genre, even though I am not very good at them. I want to collect all that I can get my hands on.

I am really fond of shmups, I'm just so bad at them. It does however not stop me from playing them :-)
