Help with Nebula's (new Model 2 v0.8) emulator

I just downloaded the new v0.8 of Nebula's Model 2 and it works fine.

Sega Rally top speed issue has been resolved

However, with House of the Dead on my older version I could 'Fire' with the Left Mouse button - and 'Reload' with Right Mouse button. With v0.8 I can do neither (Note: Mouse moves Crosshairs - but buttons not functioning). I have looked at the set up for controls under Game and they seem identical.

Any help would be GREAT.
