Pre-chipped Saturn?

Post by Zer »

I'm thinking about getting a Saturn to download ISOs and such to play some games I've been wanting to try like Radiant Silvergun, but apparently unlike its successor it needs a modchip (wat). I know nothing about soldering and such and don't have the tools or time, so what's a good place to buy a pre-chipped Saturn? Or a place to ship a Saturn to be chipped.

You can do it yourself, even with no skills. Just need a steady hand, Solder, Soldering Iron, chipchip and the saturn. Its nearly impossible to screw up.

go to radioshack and get a good one. they arent that expensive... and dont do the cold heat ones.

seriously, you wont mess it up. I did mine, and i dont have steady hands (my hand shakes like no ones business), and it works perfect.
I'm back!

If you are going to install your own, practice soldering first. You can screw up your Saturn if you get it wrong. Find an old game system or piece of electronics that doesn't work well and practice attaching and removing bits.

Don't really care much about the price; obviously cheaper is better (assuming it works).
