Would you feel bad?

Post by lost_within »

Im not sure if this falls under "whatever" or sega dreamcast...so ill post it here sense i figure more dreamcast guys will look at it.

Ebay....place of wonders on deals!

I just got my 2nd dreamcast in the mail...but lets start from well...the auction start.

The auction listed down to the minimum, sega dreamcast...complete working condition. More or less...what you see is what you get. Well...what you can SEE is a sega dreamcast cd book, 2 offical dreamcast controllers, 2 off brand, 2 light guns, 3 vmus.

Now...the lightguns ive been dying for, and its my 2nd region 1 dreamcast *awesome* I paid 51$ plus shipping. After auction i asked about the cd book...i was curious if it would come with it...and if so...whats in it. They said 20 or so games...AWESOME! im thinking...ok for 51$ they must all be cdrs. But even then i was happy, i knew it would be a 1 that played cdrs like my other. So...im getting a bunch of cdrs, sense they are cdrs they didnt list them...or so i thought. I just opened the book to find it slam packed with printed dreamcast games and a stack of about 15 in the back not in sleeves. All the games look damn near PERFECT!

Now...if they had listed this auction with the game titles and showing it came WITH games, i know it would have went for ALOT more than 51$

So here is my question to you guys...would you feel bad at all that they lost out? OR! just be happy as all hell!! :D :D :D
Yep, I know im the one ya love to hate.

That seller simply did not do his/her research. All you have to do is look at "completed listings" to get a feel for what things go for. I wouldn't feel bad at all. Good score for you!

When I was collecting Intellivision stuff, I got quite a few bargains because people can't spell Intellivision correctly. I never felt bad at all paying $18 for a complete console and games with boxes, carts, instructions and overlays....
