Sega Saturn Game Basic Programs to Disc? Possible?

I'm considering trying out some Sega Saturn coding in the future. I was wondering if anyone knew if programs coded with the Game Basic software could somehow be turned into a bootable disc on the Saturn. Mabey using Saturn Orbit or some other tool? From what I understand data streams directly from the game basic to the Saturn.

Thanks, thats pretty much exactly what I was looking for. I figured there would be no sense for me in coding a Saturn Game Basic program is only other Game Basic owners would be able to use it.
