Mameui and Neo Geo

Post by SpaceBooger »

I am trying to run Mameui and play neo geo games such as Metal Slug and samurai showdown but I get the "none:no such bios" error? any idea what that means and how to fix it?

I do not want to change emulators unless it is a last resort.

I am wondering if my neo-geo bios is updated... where could I find an updated one?

Get a newer/different version of mame?

Could try Kawaks? That worked fine for me when I used to use Windows a long time ago.

The Neo Geo bios has to have the correct name.

Frankly, I've been using the Nebula emu lately and I've had good results.

I could not get Rage or Nebula to work right with Maximus Arcade, so I have kawaks running and it works great... I just wish MAME would run these games because I have all my roms together and cant figure out how to separate them.
