Cosmic Smash (DC)
This game is pretty damn awesome. I'm not gettin' to far with my first attempts, but it's pretty awesome. Somewhere between the trippy trick moves and the dope- yes, I said dope- soundtrack, it's all around awesome. Any other thoughts?

It was even better when the online ranking system still worked. In order to get an even half-decent score you can't lose the ball even once. Finishing all of the levels with a smash is a nice bonus to have, but you could still crack the top 1000 without it.
Sega Rosso did an awesome job with that game. They became one of my favorite developers for just long enough to be re-sorbed by Sega when they killed off most of the teams.
Have a blast.

Starwars Arcade Triology, Starwars Arcade Racer, Sega Rally 2,
Pretty much a bunch of racing games and a Sakura Taisen game. Despite there being games released into 2006 as Sega Rosso, once Sega started collapsing teams, they were pretty much dead in all but name.
So really, the last non racing game they made was Cosmic Smash.
