I'm working on it. I actually had an upscale box that would do my Saturn and Genesis, but it wasn't working so it's on its way back to be replaced. When I get it back, I'll post some thoughts on it.

Nothing beats an old CRT TV. In fact, just order a DTV box for mine to keep it relevant for TV watching (and to get a better signal since my antenna has a ton of ghosting).

I've tried several solutions, and for me its the DC, Xbox, Wii, & 360 on the plasma: the PS, N64, SNES, NES, Genny, and Saturn on the CRT (which has S-vid).

I agree on the CRT situation, but if all you had was an LCD or Plasma, what would you do?

Go buy a CRT a cheap one. I had to do that since I purchased from Cerulean recently the super scope (always wanted one when I was a kid) and lcd or plasmas the old light guns doesnt work.

Ok -- humor me here.
Pretend all CRTs were destroyed in some weird CRT-seeking energy pulse left the earth with only LCDs or Plasmas.
Now what?

Agreed the games will look crummy, but most importantly no more Saturn light gun action! ;(

Well SNES and N64 systems have this option. But I've never tried it. Anyone?
