Love it. One of the hardest games on the Genesis. It's like a spiritual sequel to my beloved Solar Jetman on NES. It's also one of Jesper Kyd's very first groundbreaking soundtracks. I did a soundtrack rip of this game also.

Sub-Terrania - Sega Genesis Game Music Rip
Date: April 24th, 2004
Length: 55 minutes, 52 seconds
# of Tracks: 16
Size: 60.8 MB
Site: www.stevemv.com
Programs Used: Gens, Exact Audio Copy, RazorLame

**Track Listing**

01 - Carousel ~ Title (7:05)
02 - Start Sequence ~ Intro (1:24)
03 - Funky Writer ~ Mission Report (5:32)
04 - Entering The Space Ship (0:11)
05 - Crystal Space 1 ~ Level 1 (4:02)
06 - Sub-Level 1 ~ Level 2 (4:19)
07 - Crystal Space 2 ~ Level 3 (3:34)
08 - Enemy Mines 1 ~ Level 4 (4:43)
09 - Enemy Mines 2 ~ Level 5 (3:13)
10 - Sub-Level 2 ~ Level 6 (2:58)
11 - Power Flower 1 ~ Level 7 (3:31)
12 - Power Flower 2 - Level 8 (2:17)
13 - Underwater ~ Level 9 (3:47)
14 - Complete ~ End Sequence (3:16)
15 - Heroes Theme ~ High Score (2:20)
16 - Last Level ~ Final Monster (3:40)

Enjoy this rare album! And also go play the game! It's an amazing 2D space
exploration shooter. These were recorded using the Genesis emulator called
Fusion, on the highest sound settings possible. I've tried many emulators,
and this one provides the best sound quality.

Oh yeah... just beat level 7!

I forgot how great this game was... damn it. Memories of Brian and I staying up all hours playing this game when we were younger are haunting me now. I need to call him and tell him to get his ass over here now (we never beat the game as a kid).

Thanks Mozgus... "Funky Winter" is so my new ring tone on my phone.

Personally it beats the MegaMan ringtone I had on my last phone. I got that phone from my buddy who's a big MegaMan fan and it was the only thing on it remotely decent enough for me... but I'm not a Mega Man fan.

You know what bugs me... it's hard to fine NORMAL ringtones for phones today. I swear to you there is not ONE normal phone ring tone on the PPC6700; yeah it has an old school bell ring tone that sounds like a rotary phone, but that's annoying.

This was one of the only rips I did that has a second loop in each of the tracks. Kyd threw in subtle variations to the songs on nearly all of the second loops. Pretty neat.
