need help patching PS1 bin

so there's a patch released here for the Japanese version of Beavis and Butthead: Virtual Stupidity to replace the audio with the English version from the PC game.

the patch is a simple batch file for windows, but i can't get it to work in my windows emulator via mac (i'm using a stripped-down version of XP)
i found the rom on archive.org, assuming it should work fine if anyone is willing to try to patch this game and hopefully share the patched file :)

UPDATE: found this site where i downloaded a pre-patched bin/cue of the game i was looking for, plus tons of others on various consoles!

It is a bit of work, but you should be able to download Windows 10 and load it up on a virtual machine. You'll probably have more success than using that XP emulator.
