Will the UK Fallout 4 GOTY codes work on my "US" PS4?

I can buy a new copy for $20 CAD shipped, but it's the UK version. NA copys are quite a bit more expensive.

From what i am reading the Fallout 4 GOTY doesn't have the DLC on disc. :/

I know the main game disc will work.. Not sure about the DLC codes.

Discs are region free, but download codes / DLC are region locked, ie, the DLC will only work on that region of the game.

However, create a UK PSN account, log in on your PS4 with it, activate the content on that, log out and it will now work on your US PS4 account (or whatever region your account is).

My PS4 (and PS3) has AUS, USA, UK and JPN accounts for pretty much this reason, but I only play games out of my AUS account.
