if you have enough time to mess around with them, i say go for it! at the very least you can find out which ones have broken parts and then you can surely swap a few out amongst those 30 to make working dreamcasts! am i right?

Im hoping most cant read cds. Thats an easy fix. it would kick ass if they were all like that.

and broken ports, where do you see this? locally CS? ebay?

any wires controllers, especially av, hard as hell to find.

hmm, it depends. most likely for parts. i know a guy who needs 2 working port sets.

In addition to selling the parts people may want to buy the Dreamcast shells, either for doing mods or painting them, or just to replace the one they have. I'd definitely jump on that deal.
