I'm definitely getting the Switch version! I'm pleasantly surprised it's heading West. I feared that because Valkyria Revolution (regardless of it being a mediocre spin off) bombed, it would be the last we'd see of the series.

I loved VC1 and VC2, and I plan to play VC3 relatively soon. So yeah, VC4 is a welcome sight. I'll get it on PC.

I didn't even realize how big this series was. I have the first one, and love it.

I don't know it well but have watched stuff about it as it's not a genre I care to dig into. That said I was very happy to see yet another almost daily/weekly response by third parties including Switch into the namesake IP level stuff. It's a very good sign of things to come and a wise format to bother with given it's portable.

Sheeeeeet, I still need to play the first one. I plan on getting the PS4 version. I remember my friend showing me the first game... like 10 years ago when it was new or something and it looked amazing. Been on my radar since and now there's four games.

These better than Fire Emblem?
