Puyo Puyo Tetris
Who else picked up/downloaded this one? I'm LOVING it. I'm pretty good at Tetris, but I'm AWFUL at Puyo Puyo, so it's been interesting how I'll go from easily getting three stars in one level to barely scraping out two stars or only getting one star on the very next level.

It's a lot of fun, and while the story mode is dumb, it's dumb in a really happy, colorful way.noiseredux wrote:I have it on Xbox One, but haven't played it yet. I should.

Maybe you'll have more patience than me to get better, but I actually couldn't beat the game because of this. The Puyo X Tetris mode is SO hard, and the last couple worlds are full of it, and the AI is just too darn goodElkinFencer10 wrote:Who else picked up/downloaded this one? I'm LOVING it. I do not intend to admit defeat. Even if I have to do the Puyo Puyo training stuff or look up Puyo Puyo strategies online. I WILL DECREASE MY SUCKITUDE AT PUYO PUYO!PartridgeSenpai wrote:Maybe you'll have more patience than me to get better, but I actually couldn't beat the game because of this. But have you tried the X-mode yet? THAT is freaking tough. Trying to coordinate both tetris lines and puyo chain in the same board is really tough, especially versus another player.ElkinFencer10 wrote:I do not intend to admit defeat. A friend of mine showed me the Japanese version on the Switch... it seems kind of amazing. I had a lot of fun with Dr Mario & Tetris on the SNES and still like these kinds of things. Might pick it up on the PS4.

Re: Puyo Puyo Tetris
I got my Switch copy yesterday. I already had a Japanese PS4 copy, but I never got around to trying it out haha. Hopefully I'll be able to give it a shot tomorrow. I expect to be very bad at both Puyo Puyo and Tetris

Swap mode is incredible and is the best way to play. Fusion mode is horrifying.
