ramatut's game rooms

Post by Ramatut4001 »

I wish my camera was nicer but here goes...

The Office
Where we keep most of the more retro-stuff.
The Xbox and Saturn are modded, the SNES controllers are RF.
There's a cabinet in this room with a SCPH-1001 Playstation with AV outputs, a modded PSOne with LCD, a PSTwo, a modded US Saturn, Flashback 2, another SNES, an N64, and a Genesis plug and play TV game.
Image
We built the office with a wraparound counter instead of desks.
Image
This allows me to use controller extension cables for most of my older consoles with out wires all over.
Image
I just run the cords along the base of the cabinets to my chair.

Our PCs.

The Living Room
The modern side

Again, bad camera, good subject... 46" Samsung

The current-gen consoles and another DC for good measure.
Image
Giant Hi-Def Sega logo makes me drool everytime...
Image
Streets of Rage 2 on XBLA...

and Golden Axe.

I wish I had some better photos to show just how good the Dreamcast looks in glorious 480P VGA goodness.

I'll try to add some more later, maybe some close-ups of shelving or my portables. Thanks to racketboy and some racketboy users for a lot of the stuff in my collection.

I'll try and take some better pictures of the Dreamcast running through VGA tonight.

Please do! I'm about to get an HDTV myself and while I wait I can't get enough of pictures showing the Dreamcast connected to one.

SEGA, you were taken away from us all too soon. May you rest in peace. You were great in life. You were even better in death. Thanx for all the wonderful memories. That's my eulogy to Sega's hardware, now can I come over and play??? :P

Let my legs shake me to sleep, and don't wake me when I sweat on my sheets.
