Phoenix Point - new "X-COM" by J. Gallop??

This is everything we know so far:

1. New game by Julian Gallop/Snapshot Games.
2. Official website mentions it being by "the creator of the original X-COM."
3. His Twitter acct says "Phoenix Point is our new game - turn based tactical combat - world based strategy".
4. The silhouette on the website is of a weird human/insect thing.

Sweet. I mostly backed Chaos Reborn to show support for a new tactical/strategy game like X-Com/Magic&Mayhem/Laser-Squad. Exciting news.
Picture looks kinda reminds me of Elsenova from Axiom-Verge...
