Need answers for ghouls n ghost on master system

So I bought ghouls n ghost on master system and I wanted to play it but for some reason author keeps running to the right and I can't stop him. The controller works fine and all my other 3 games work fine also. I don't know if it's Pal or US version but I don't think that matters either. Even if I take the controller off the port auther has a mind of his own and still runs. I also cleaned the game too.

Never heard of any issues like this.
You could try smspower.org.
Maybe clean the inside of the cartridge.
Maybe clean the slot on the sms console.

Cleaned system and cart and still nothing. I'm returning it. Something must be wrong with the board. Unless something is not working with my master system 2 but my other games work

Hey mas, try a Genesis controller too. See if that makes any difference.

Already tried a Genesis controller and a 3rd party. It's the game.
