Pretty interesting use of gaming!
Did anyone else hear this story about gaming on the radio?

Yeah I this too! That is one of the reasons I think the Wii is bridging the game between the gamer and the general public.Scooter wrote:http://www.npr.org/templates/story/stor ... d=19346671

Yeah, something Microsoft and Sony have yet to figure out. Their solution is to make increasingly complex machines that do way too much, which, consequentially, make them too darned expensive for the average person. Certainly too expensive for entry level gamers (kids). Why are so many kids getting into retro games? One good reason is because they are affordable and are just, well, games!ott0bot wrote:Yeah I this too! Wouldn't it be great if Sony offered a "PS3 Simple" that just played all PS3, PS2 and PS1 games?

JT wrote:Yeah, like vampire aliens invade and hit us all with a ray beam that paralyzes all of our arms. The only way to deactivate the ray beam and fight back the vampire alien threat is with a complicated series of foot patterns on the device's control board that looks remarkably like a DDR pad. We will all praise this man for saving our lives and buy him a mountain of stuffed animals.
