What is the ideal sandwich in your opinion?

Here's mine:
Whole Grain Bread (toasted and sliced diagonally)
Mayo
American Cheese
Lettuce
Black Olives
Banana Peppers (pickled)
Cucumbers
Tomato
Onion
Black Forest Ham

Maybe a little bit of cheese. But otherwise I agree with this. If you're doing cold cuts them the meat should be spread flat and piled 2" thick on some rye.
