My NES has been really weird lately. Whenever I boot up a game, it always has glitched graphics. It has happened with multiple games, so I feel it is a connection issue... This only started happening when I put it in this other TV I own.
I can provide photos of the title screens of two games- Super Mario Bros. and Marble Madness.

NES graphic issue
I really just post questions most of the time. I'm that kind of person, but who cares...

Re: NES graphic issue
that looks like pin problems.
time to bend back or replace.
with the NES on, gently move the cartridge inside it.
For a second or two the image will fix itself but when you let go the image goes back.
I've had this happen to old Nintendo systems that I used to have.
You may be able to bend them back but you're better off buying new pins.

+1 on this............
you could try the Credit Card / Isopropyl Alcohol method as well , i use Chux and cut it to size i dont know if you guys have it over there in the US. Dont use a tissue or anything that will leave unwanted material on the Pins.
Re: NES graphic issue
Definitely looks like dirty pins. Clean the cart slot and every cart. If the carts feel loose when inserted into the cart slot, then it might be time to refurbish the pins or replace the pin connector.

I actually got it with a new 72 pin connector. Do I need to clean the connector?

Re: NES graphic issue
Yes, most definitely. The connector and the carts.

How do I clean the connector, anyways?

Re: NES graphic issue
Easiest way would be to just get something like this...
http://www.ebay.com/itm/CLEANING-KIT-FO ... 56543cce52
...and follow the directions that come with it.
If you don't want to buy anything and/or don't want to wait for something to come in the mail, you probably have all the things you need around the house (or at least can be bought locally). But without a cleaning kit or something similar, you have to disassemble your NES. If you remove the 72-pin connector, you can just drown it in isopropyl alcohol or electrical contact cleaning and then scrub it with a tooth brush. You can use old credit cards or gift cards wrapped in an old cloth to insert between the pins. Or you can use an old cereal box folded to the right thickness. Just make sure whatever you stick in there isn't too thick or you'll bend the pins too far out.
You can find many videos on YouTube that'll show you how to take apart the NES and how to clean the pin connector. Just whatever you do, for God's sake, don't use Brasso or Windex or something stupid like that.
