Been a bit of a lurker for a while now, thought id post this video guide I made to modding the Agetec HKT-7300 Dreamcast arcade sticks with a full Sanwa suite.

lol thank you. We plan on doing more. Might be doing the Blaze Twin Stick next.

Sick, as a Fighting Game enthusiast I cannot stand the default buttons in the Agretec stick, sanwas are much better!
