Completed my licensed NES set

Post by Crabmaster2000 »

I'll post a proper thank you in the near future as I know several racketboy members have contributed to my collection over the years. But just wanted to throw up a quick thanks to all the helped me achieve my long time goal of getting a complete licensed NES set. Received the final game today through the generosity of several rfgeneration.com members who pooled their money to get me a copy of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (Ubisoft) to fill the final vacant space on my shelf.

Nice. Which ones were hardest? Was Indiana just the last because you were holding out for a price point, or was it an actually hard to find one? I'm a bit green over Power Blade 2 and Sword Master. I'll probably never own those as I'm not willing to pay the price.

Awesome gesture from the boys at RF Gen. I've enjoyed following along via the Collectcast.

Congrats Crabby!

It was genuinely hard to find Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. The Taito version I've come across a couple times, but the Ubisoft version I've never seen in person so it was awesome to have it sent to me.

Wacky Races, Kid Klown, Rockin Kats, Last Action Hero and Wayne's World were a few that took many years to track down as well.

Luckily I took out a lot of the most expensive ones long before they exploded in price.

Sword Master is alright, but yeah I'd agree that you're missing out on Power Blade 2. It was pretty solid.
