WTB PS2 controller to Saturn adapter?

I bought one of these from http://www.tototek.com/store/index.php? ... ucts_id=52 back in 2010 for my Arcade Sticks and decided I needed another and see that they are sold out now. Anyone else know if and when they would be back in stock? Or is there anyone else who sells them? Also, Looking for a PS2 to Dreamcast adapter. Any info would be awesome.

Nothing guys? How easy would it be to make one of these? It looks real simple looking at the one I have.

They go in stock super randomly. I got lucky last time and bought two. Check with Noise he had one last I checked. Making one is not easy, nor are there adapters you can daisy chain without lag.
