My second Xbox360 just died...but I am not worried...it gives me more time for Saturn shooters!!

Who else loves Battle Garegga, Soukyugurentai, Radiant Silvergun, Layer Section and DoDonPachi!?!?
I would cry if my Saturn died!

layer section rules. raycrisis for psone is also awesome. sadly those are the only two in the series i've played.

Radiant Silvergun is hard as hell, DoDonpachi is awesome, never played the others.

I love Layer Section/Gallactic Attack and it's sequels RayStorm, and RayCrisis!!! Sadly, I have never played the other titles because I haven't been able to afford them. I just got an Underground Gamer invite, so i wanted to test some of them out before I spent the cash on them. But i don't do emulation or bit torrent stuff so i haven't really been able to figure it out yet!!!

Galactic attack is awesome one of the few shumps im actually good at..and yeah loosing a saturn is horrible ive lost one already pray it never happens again :D

I love and hate Radiant Silvergun. It's an amazing game in terms of graphics and sound, and the controls are spot on, but my god is the game hard. Still the new game plus feature for story mode, and unlimited credits in arcade mode certainly help. As tough as RS is, I swear that Ikaruga is harder. It just moves so much faster than RS. You blink, you die.

I practically bought a saturn for RS and fortunately snagged a copy for 60 bucks disc only then a manual for 50 and finally sold the set for 170 :) had it awhile though and beat it many times on various difficulties with and without friends. Definetly tough. I actually ended up liking ikaruga more though and was better at ikaruga as well

Saturn is the shmup machine though pretty much
