JPAC Jumpers

Anyone know how to set the JPAC jumpers? It has 3 banks: Video, I won't be using; ALT/MAME/USB/PS2, I think I set mine to USB/MAME; Unlabeled bank, no idea here.

There are no mentions of the jumpers, except a brief 15khz video explabation, on the Ultimarc website.

Here's a pic. The video jumpers aren't the problem. Setting the middle jumpers and the ones by the white connectors I have no idea. Pictures on the internet are all different.
