Anyone own or played it. What are your thoughts?

Seems cool if you want a portable. But you can find a Nomad for not too much more, and even though they have a few problems you can play any game you want. Also, it does not list all the games that are on the machine....hmmm.

If you don't need a portable you can pick up the Sega Genesis collection for ps2 for under 20 bucks.

I am wanting some thing that is portable with out spending the money or the time to config a PSP or GP32x with emulators. While the Nomad is cool, way too bulky for my needs. It can't fit into your packet, lol. It's on it's way and will let you guys know once it arrives. :D

Is the GP32x good? I have a PSP which I have filled with emulators, but I know for ex. Sonic and Knuckles is kind of lame to play, because it's such a fast game, my PSP kind lacks the skill of the original Sega. I think this portable unit looks sweet though, it may be a nice investment...

If the device can be modded to use a cartridge port then it's well worth the cost, say I.

Now open it and tell us how it works!! :P

If it's similar to the NoaC things floating about a few years ago (probably still available on import from china) it was possible to wire up a Nes cartridge slot and play cartridges on it. Wonder if this applies to this thing. If so i'm buying one ASAP!

This looks rather enticing. It's like the nomad, except cheaper...

What are all the games included on it, anyway? Is Streets of Rage 2 on there? What about Vectorman or Rocket Knight Adventures?

The megadrive plug and play things could have a cartridhe slot soldered into them (or so I read somewhere) so it may be possible. Whats the screen resolution/update rate look like?

Bean Machine is excellent, hunt down Puyo Puyo if you liked it

* Plug & play portable video game system
* 20 built-in 16-bit SEGA licensed games
* Built-in speakers
* TV out connection
* TV format: NTSC
* Requires 3xAAA size batteries. (battery not included)
* Official product, containing games authorized by SEGA

I'm glad it's official, I'm geting sick of all these "101 Arcade Inspired Games" things all over the place.

It's just not as fun playing "Lines" and not Tetris :P[/i]
