NeoGeo Joypad Converter V2 anyone opened one up before ?

hi RB members , i have the Sega Saturn ones and it feels like under the label theres a screw to open it up.


i dont have the NeoGeo one at this point but my reason for opening one up is to swap wires around to get the same button layout as a Neo Geo CD controller..........
