neo geo big red color bleed in top left corner of screen

the color red seems to bleed just a little bit in the top of my left screen, is there a fix for this? Is it a convergence thing or does it need to be degaused?

Is the white part of the crosshatch at the top left straight? If it looks like it's dipping down (hard to tell from the picture) then you're probably spot on with the convergence being off.
