I think this was one of the first things that got worked on when Shadowrun Returns came out.

How is this different from today?Kat Bailey wrote:It was a very different era for games; one in which most successful western-developed games began life on the PC before jumping to home consoles.

Because everything is made for consoles first and then ported over to the PC.samsonlonghair wrote: How is this different from today?

That's so backwards. They should develop for PCs first, then port to console.

Re: Shadowrun SNES remake on its way
It is mixed. Some are consoles to pc ports, some are built concurrently. There are still some PC first but it has definitely swung the other way in this past gen of gaming.samsonlonghair wrote:That's so backwards. They should develop for PCs first, then port to console.

Ummm... have you been asleep for the last console generation? Remember, they said "successful", not "good".samsonlonghair wrote:How is this different from today?Kat Bailey wrote:It was a very different era for games; one in which most successful western-developed games began life on the PC before jumping to home consoles.

Yes I have. I don't have a PS3 or a 360, and I only got a wii one year ago.MrPopo wrote:Ummm... have you been asleep for the last console generation?
