how to send payment in Google wallet?

So I guess google wallet has changed. I ordered another reproduction cart from Gamereproductions.com and he only accepts Wallet. When I ordered from him before he used to just send me an invoice and I'd just click pay. Now he says that I have to send payment to his email address just like in paypal. only problem is I don't see any option to send payment in Google Wallet. Am I just being dumb?
