You can fetch a bone, I'm just scratching the surface of the 360. So keep your current 360 talk here.
In the process of "getting into" the 360 I noticed I have tons of supposedly Great Games that I have only played for minutes (more or less). I'm at the last stage of Bioshock Infinite (no spoilers!) so after that, I'll be moving on to a new 360 game. Here's a list of games I haven't beaten/completed and have in my collection:
1. Sleeping Dogs
2. Bioshock
3. Bioshock 2
4. Red Dead Redemption
5. Arkham City
6. Devil May Cry 4
7. Assassin's Creed
8. Left 4 Dead 2 (Can it be beaten?)
9. Bayonetta
10. Lego Batman
11. Pure
12. Oblivion
13. Bionic Commando
14. Castlevania Lords of Shadow
15. Force Unleashed II
16. Sonic Generations
17. Fallout 3
18. Skyrim
19. Final Fantasy XIII
20. Assassin's Creed 2
21. Ninja Gaiden III
22. Gears of War
23. GTA IV
24. Ninja Gaiden II
25. LA Noire
26. Rainbow 6, Vegas
I'm not sure where to start. I have been playing a bit of Sleeping Dogs so I may as well finish that one first (if it doesn't take more than 24hrs. to complete), but I'm open to suggestions on which games I should play first, and if there are any games on my list that aren't worth playing.
One issue is that I may have to start over as I got pretty far in a few of the listed games only to find myself lost on my last save.
And what games would you suggest that aren't on my list?

L4D2 can be beaten, even on Expert. Playing Expert and Realism, thats when you tread into impossible territory. The trick is find the weapon combo that works for you, and move at a steady pace. If you linger to long, the director will send a horde to attack you. You will find paths and strategy's that work for you and your team (and the bots arent terrible). Personally I love the map Hard Rain. When the rain starts going and your mic cuts out, thats just a nice touch.
Personally my two most played 360 games are Castle Crashers and Battle Block Theater.

But by "beaten" do you mean completing every map? Whenever I beat a level, the game just sort of stops. I was hoping for some type of campaign/story mode, and I gave up on the game because it didn't seem like that existed.

If you've never played the Bioshock games, I highly recommend them.

There is an overarching story between the maps:

As much as the L4D games have a story, its not really the point. It is meant for a decently quick playthrough of some tough gameplay with some decent jump scares and a good bit of energy, rather than being some in depth storytelling type of thing.

Re: XBOX 360 General Discussion
You have a pretty good selection there, but I would plump for Ninja Gaiden 2 or Bayonetta to have a silly hyper-stylish contrast with Bioshock Infinite.
Gaiden 2 is probably not as good as Gaiden 1 and does have some issues with slowdown, but is still a good challenge. I say probably not as I have never beat Gaiden 1, but what I had played was more intense than its sequel.
As for games not worth playing, Force Unleashed 2, Ninja Gaiden 3 and Assassin's Creed were games I personally disliked. The first two are merely mediocre, whereas AC suffers from great vision but terrible execution (no pun intended). AC2 however fixes all of the originals flaws and is one of the bet games of this gen in my opinion.

Re: XBOX 360 General Discussion
1. Sleeping Dogs - Good but I never beat it, pretty bare bones to an extent gameplay wise (one of those "here's a huge city with not much to do" cases)
2. Bioshock - Amazing
3. Bioshock 2 - I liked it a lot
6. Devil May Cry 4 - Good stuff but flawed compared to 1 / 3
7. Assassin's Creed - Awful, but I finished it and it had a good ending
12. Oblivion - Absolutely hated it, loading screens every few minutes and just wow etc
13. Bionic Commando - Really cool and different
15. Force Unleashed II - 2 hours long?
16. Sonic Generations - Not bad but I still didn't really care for the 3D stages
17. Fallout 3 - Good stuff but took three tries to get into, I liked NV / Skyrim more
18. Skyrim - Good, but I took a two year break and clocked in 100 some hours
19. Final Fantasy XIII - Extremely flawed but I'm playing XIII-2 now and liking it, so it left an interesting impression
20. Assassin's Creed 2 - Loved it (yes, in contrast to the first), made me think of Zelda... a little. Great story and everything
22. Gears of War - Better with co-op
23. GTA IV - Honestly, pretty bare bones and forgettable I'd say. Didn't hate it, but yeah. I liked Saints Row 2, Crackdown, and Infamous more for city sandbox stuff
Add Vanquish and Metal Gear Rising to the list. Rising has the best final boss in the history of gaming.

Yep, by Platinum Games. You listed a few hack n' slash action games and that's what it is, a damn good one too. A bit short though.
