Yeah i recently tried DD3 for the first time this year. it just made me want to play DD2. Love that game.

The sprite flicker is terrible!
I played the SMS version of DD as a kid, which also has some sprite flicker, but not like this nes version!

That video only has one player though, if you do two players on the Master System the sprite flicker is some of the worst I've ever seen.

Still a great version though and preferable to the NES DD1 because Double Dragon kind of sucks without being able to play with a friend.

A friend of mine came over a few months ago and we sat down to play this game again in co-op. One of the better co-op games on the NES!

We never managed to get past the platforming sections very late into the game though...
DD2 is a brawler! Not a platformer
