Way to get Swiss's 16:9 & 480/576p forcing without using it?

(This is for both GameCube and Wii.)
I really want to use the GameCube homebrew program Swiss's 16:9/widescreen and 480p/576p forcing without using Swiss because it needs extra hardware and I haven't been able to install it easily (although the latter could of been because of the former). So I ask if there are any other programs that use the same 16:9 and 480p/576p forcing that Swiss does and do not need a SD Card to GameCube memory card adapter. Thanks!

As far as I recall, Gamecube programs don't read the front SD slot.

I haven't yet used my generic SD adapter. But they're under $4 shipped.

Oh, well whenever I saw them they were much more expensive, although I live in the UK so it could be a little hard to order. Still though, thanks for the link!
