Double pay-pal debit transaction?

I recently sold some stuff on a couple of websites, and when paying for shipping I used my pay-pad debit card. Everything was fine, but yesterday I got an email saying my debit transaction was cancelled due to insufficient funds. It says the charge is from fedex, which I was already charged on the 6th for $24 and change, the charge that is trying to go through again is for the same amount. What is annoying is I keep getting the same email every couple of hours saying the same thing.

What I am worried about is, if my account has the $24 and change, will it automatically debit it? I am waiting on a payment from something else I sold, and I plan on spending it right away, but I dont want to have an issue of being charged twice for the same thing. Anyone ever deal with this?
